transaction on HandMe (the “App”). HandMe is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and creating a
secure environment for students to engage in buying, selling, and community building.

The App is designed for college students and requires a .edu email address for registration. It is not
intended
for individuals under the age of 18 without the express consent of a parent or guardian.
